The property is so beautiful and has amazing views of Levanto. We managed to use the pool as well and the kids had a ton of fun. The breakfast spread was great as well with tons of options for everyone. The staff is super they are so helpful and kind , I think I may have called Yasin ( front desk staff) ten times asking for different things and he always so wonderful and patient.The other front desk gentleman was also so kind and helpful. Their shuttle service to the train station or village is so convenient, you can walk down to the train station too but it’s great to have this service when you have so many bags. The general manager at this property is also wonderful and stepped in right away to help us when we were in a pinch. This is one of the most hospitable properties I have been to ever. Not just my experience but even other guests ahead of us they right away took care of any issues. Levanto might not be one of the five villages but this property is so close to them and we all thought it was much more beautiful then some of the five villages. Excellent stay we will be back!

The variety and quality of the meals were exceptional. • The staff were exceptionally helpful and serviable, especially Younes and Toufic, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced our experience. • The general manager was so kind and welcoming, personally ensuring that all our needs were met and that we felt right at home. • The hygiene standards were top-notch, with meticulous attention to cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel. This gave us great peace of mind during our stay. • The ambiance of the hotel was warm and inviting, creating a perfect environment for relaxation and enjoyment. • The amenities were excellent, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this place for an unforgettable experience! We can’t wait to return.

This hotel is a gem. We booked a 5 night stay and we absolutely loved it. This place is designed for relaxation and is a great jumping off point for exploring the region. All of the facilities- pool, dining room, bedroom are lovely and well appointed. But the best thing is how accommodating the staff are. All of the staff, but particularly Yaunes at the desk, made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. They were very accommodating, answered our questions and created a very positive vibe. The rooms are large and uncluttered and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast and dinners were terrific. Someone noted that they don't serve lunch, but they have a bar menu that includes items like salads with protein that are more and enough for lunch. Another plus is the free shuttle that takes you to the station or into the town. It was also easy to walk into town on our own but I would not recommend trying to walk to the hotel with luggage.

Only a three minutes downhill walk to reach the train station. For return either call reception to dispatch the shuttle to pick you up or walk uphill. The latter is recommended at night or in the evening. A very pleasant surprise was the vintage HiFi gear from the lobby bar being completely at your disposal. Even the vinyl record selection matched my taste. The restaurant staff explained carefully the daily Chef's recommendations of haute cuisine. And indeed haute cuisine it was. Also very prompt response from reception staff when calling to request the shuttle. The same staff gives you useful hints where or how to go to find better swimming spots. The chimes coming from village churches is the most enchanting.

The standard at this hotel has remained exceptionally high (we visited it a few years ago). It has a brilliant breakfast arrangement where the usual buffet style mayhem is replaced by the lovely staff who give you what you want and make sure it doesn't run out. Parking no problem ample space for everyone. We didn't use the free shuttle bus but walked the short walk to the train station to get to the villages. Very hot outside but air conditioning coped well. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and worked exceptionally hard and the whole place was well run.
